The Details of the JH501 College Hoodie 2.0
The JH501 isn’t about changing everything that makes the JH001 successful. Instead, the focus has been on refining the details that matter.
Importantly, the JH001 and JH501 share the same core sizing, helping customers move between the two styles with confidence. The JH501 has introduced important updates to the hood construction, rib, drawcords, fabric and decoration surface.
The result is the familiar hoodie you already know and love, which has been optimised for improved shape, durability, decoration and rebranding.
Was hat sich geändert?
Eine der sichtbarsten Änderungen ist die dreiteilige Kapuze.
Ihre verfeinerte Konstruktion verleiht dem JH501 mehr Form und Struktur, während das mittlere Panel zudem eine natürliche Unterteilung schafft, die dazu beitragen kann, Platzierungsfehler bei der Veredelung zu reduzieren.
Der Hoodie verfügt außerdem über schwerere Rippbündchen, die dazu beitragen, die Form über die Zeit zu verbessern und zu erhalten.
Premium-Kordelzüge vervollständigen das Update, mit Ösen und Endstücken in Silber und Gunmetal, die passend zur Farbpalette entworfen wurden. Der Kordelzug des JH501 wurde zudem so entwickelt, dass Pilling minimiert und das Risiko des Ausfransens beseitigt wird.
Material – entwickelt mit Blick auf die Veredelung
Bei einem Blanko-Hoodie ist das, was unter dem Druck liegt, genauso wichtig wie das, was obenauf kommt.
The JH501 uses a three-end fleece construction, creating a thicker fabric with a soft, premium hand feel. It combines this with ringspun cotton and yarn that’s 20% finer, producing a smoother, less fibrous surface.
The cotton-only print surface has also been developed for improved absorption and long-lasting print results.
Über die Veredelung hinaus bietet die Materialkonstruktion eine bessere Dehnbarkeit für Komfort und Passform sowie minimales Einlaufen, damit der Hoodie seine Form dauerhaft behält.
A+ Customisation Results
The JH501 has been developed to perform across multiple decoration methods and give laser sharp results for DTF and DTG prints, and also be extremely efficient with screen print, embroidery and vinyl.
An unobstructed locker patch provides another dedicated branding location, while the tear-away size pip allows the garment to be freely branded. Optimised pocket positioning also creates more usable print space across the front of the hoodie.
